What Is Sculptra?
Sculptra is an injectable treatment containing poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA).
Unlike a traditional dermal filler, Sculptra is primarily used as a collagen-stimulating treatment. The aim is not simply to create an immediate change in facial volume.
Instead, Sculptra works progressively.
After treatment, the body gradually produces collagen around the treated areas. Over time, this can contribute to improvements in the appearance of facial volume, skin quality and overall facial rejuvenation.
